  • want to change the light

    Hello people,

    I purchased Gulfstream Seahawk
The model number is 34CK3 AS-IS.
We had just one family trip in it and we liked. However, we understood that some basic repair works should be made. I need make some plumbing maintenance and the test the battery. Also, I want to reinstall all current lamps to LEDs. I think, it will help to reduce the energy consumption. What type of fixtures can you advice?
    Thanks for sharing your tips.

PS: This is my first trailer.

Guys, I read many reviews from the Internet and people write that the chinese bulbs sometimes can be good too. Actually, I do not know, but maybe I will try to take these LED bulbs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/10X-Warm-Whi...-/331504418185

Additionally, I will install one fixture for the outside light. I consider this types of fixture https://www.mrosupply.com/lighting/l..._rab-lighting/ Is it a good choice? Who can help..

Hi nightowl, welcome to ClassicRV.net! Glad to hear you are enjoying your new Gulf Stream.

I too have heard that some Chinese LED's are junk and some are good. Looks like the ones you have linked to have a good rating on Ebay so that a start. I prefer the warm white also especially for our older campers, keep s them looking original with that easy on the eyes welcoming warm light.

The outside fixture looks nice but I would wonder how the arm sticking out would do going down the road. Maybe just fine but not sure. 1000W will be really bright too, maybe not ideal for campgrounds?
