First sprayed it down with engine cleaner let it set, sprayed it off with water and let it dry. 3 heavy coats of Rustoleum letting each coat dry. I will be re-installing the chassis/engine battery and 2 interstate deep cycle house/coach batteries. Then give the solar a looksee. I wasn't ready to redo the battery isolator and auto reset fuses. That is why I modified the tray to be removable without dumping the batteries, like the newer coaches when extending the tray.
