Template for creation of For Sale listings

I am working on a template for members who wish to post their RV for sale. This is a "sticky" so it will stay at the top of the For Sale section where it can be easily found and copied. Have I missed any items? If we do this right potential buyers will have most of the info they need before they contact you.

Use as much of this template as you want. Copy it and paste into your notepad or word processor, fill in your info, modify it if desired and then copy and paste into your listing. Add some pictures using the camera icon in the upper left and to make it even better post a hyperlink to an external album with tons of pictures.
